POSITIVE PLATE
These are with-spine grids made of corrosion resistance alloy having excellent mechanical strength. The spine grid and active material are housed in tubular bags.
NEGATIVE PLATE
The negative plates are of pasted type with sturdy construction. these are designed to match the power and long life of the positive plates. the active material is a blend of oxide, special additives and expanders for long life and performance.
HARD RUBBER CONTAINER / COVERS / POLYPROPYLENE CONTAINERS
These are made of high quality rubber/ P.P.C.P. material with high impant strength and high resistance to abrasion.
CERAMIC VENT PLUG
The porous structure of the ceramic vent plug traps acid fumes escaping and allow only gases to go out thus significantly reducing evaporation of water from the cell and results in low maintenance of the battery.
INTER CELL CONNECTION
Shortens power path, reduces internal resistance and more usable power due to least voltage drop.
