5. Prohibited Activities

6. Content Guidelines
- You retain ownership of the content you post, but you grant Pricenow Classifieds a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on the Platform.

- Pricenow Classifieds is a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers. We do not guarantee or take responsibility for the quality, legality, or safety of items listed, nor for the accuracy of the listings.

8. Fees and Payments
- Posting ads may be free, but additional features like Featured Ads or Premium Ads incur fees.
- All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
- You are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with your use of the Platform.
