Return Policy

1. Your satisfaction is very important to us. Please contact us via message regarding any problems before leaving negative feedback. Any defects, damages, or material differences with your item, must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt of the item .

2.If you have received a damaged or defective item, or received an item in error,  please ensure you contact us within 7 business days of delivery.A picture of the damage has to be taken by you, then, that picture is emailed to us. we are happy to replace, exchange or refund the item for you.

3.Please ensure that you contact us via ebay messagesl to request a Returns before you send the order back to us. Returns which are not authorized cannot be accepted.

4.After the return has been authorised, the returned goods must be postmarked within 4 business days.

5.Returns must be in resellable condition and any damaged items will not be authorized or credited. We will not accept returns of products that have been improperly assembled or modified.

6. Refunds will only be made to the form of payment ly used.

7.The postage fees, and handling fees are non-refundable. The returning postage is buyer’s responsibilities

8. When Products arrived, then buyer need to check the product inside the package and make sure there is no problem, then sign the package. If there is no problem, then pls do not sign it and contact with us; if buyer signed the package without checking the products, and  tell us the products are damaged afterward, then we do not compensation.

Warranty

1.We provide 1 month replacement and 12 months maintenance warranties. Items can be replaced during the first month or maintained for the first year. 

2.Buyers are only responsible for the return shipping fees for warranty items.(In most cases, buyer will only have to return the problem components rather than the entire package).

3.Before returning items, please make sure you get our return address, and write “gift” on the delivery detail sheet.

4.Please use regular postal service and send us the tracking number. As soon as we receive the items, we will repair or exchange them ASAP.

Shipping Details

1, If your country is not available to be selected, kindly email us to check the shipping charge before purchasing, thanks!

2, If your address is belong to remote area, we will charge you additional express cost, in this case, we will email you for further discussion.
